Transitioning from high school to any university is a big adjustment. The Florida Poly Academic Mentor program seeks to assist in that transition by offering a mentor program for incoming freshmen.
Mentors work with mentees during that first year of school, by providing support and guidance. Mentors learn important leadership qualities to assist them in working with others.
