Join Executive Chef Peter Gonsalves in the Wellness Center to learn how to prepare a simple healthy meal. This exclusive one-hour cooking demonstration will engage your senses and satisfy your appetite as you learn new cooking skills.  (FEE)

Menu: Seared Spice Rubbed Salmon w/ Fruit & Avocado Salsa, Quinoa Pilaf Grain Bowl, and Grilled Vegetables

$20/pp. Class is limited to 30 participants. Reservations are first-come, first-served.
