Event Management System (EMS) advanced user training will be offered via WebEx on Thursday, March 26, at 2-3 p.m.
This training is only intended for staff members who already have experience creating meetings and events in EMS. It will provide some clarity and make the task a bit less difficult and more efficient with some useful tips and tricks.
Some topics of interest that will be covered are:
- Resolving conflicts
- Mastering the resource request process (i.e. support services)
