Gentle yoga has arrived! Students, Staff and Faculty, take a midday break from work or studies to relax through 30 minutes of gentle yoga. Classes will be every Tuesday and Wednesday at 12pm down in the Student Development Center through the end of Summer. Come as you are, no sweating involved.
There will be free shuttle pick up, via golf cart, in front of the South IST at 11:50am on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for Staff and Faculty members who would like to join in. The first 3 visits are free for staff and faculty members who are not yet members of the gym.
