The Florida Poly Integral Bee is a yearly tradition organized by the Math Club and supported by the Mathematics Department. The event is a celebration of the π-day, which is March 14 (3.14) of every year. This is a mathematics competition to find the Grand Integrator, or the champion of the fastest evaluator of the nicest integral. The first integral bee was organized by MIT in 1981 and it has been a tradition at several top ranked universities including MIT, University of Wisconsin-Madison, University of Florida, University of Pittsburgh, Texas A&M, and internationally. Florida Poly’s first Integral Bee was held in 2017.
