The Group Fitness schedule is being updated. Starting Monday, Sept. 23, the schedule will be as follows:
Mondays:
- Morning Mile at 7 a.m.
- Water Aerobics at 5:15 p.m.
- Core Storm at 6:30 p.m.
Tuesdays:
- Gentle Yoga at 7 p.m.
Wednesdays:
- Morning Mile at 7 a.m.
- Step Aerobics at 5:15 p.m.
- Yoga at 8 p.m.
Thursdays:
- Phoenix HIIT at 5:15 p.m.
- Outdoor Bootcamp at 6:30 p.m.
Fridays:
- Morning Mile at 7 a.m.
- Power Yoga at 7 a.m.
