About
Shannon Brandt joined Florida Poly at the beginning of August 2019 and is Associate Director of Student Success and Retention. She has been working in higher education for over 20 years. Prior to this position, she was Assistant Dean of Advising and Student Success at Lebanon Valley College for 10 years. Before that, Brandt was Assistant Director of Advising/Lecturer at North Carolina State University within the First Year Advising Program for five years. She was Assistant Director of Advising at the University of Central Florida where she was part of the First-Year advising office for five years. Prior to being at the previous universities, she was at Alvernia University as Assistant Director of the Admissions office for three years and worked at Harrisburg Area Community College for another two years while pursuing a master’s program concurrently.
