Florida Polytechnic University celebrated the successful completion of the Florida Poly Leadership Academy 2026 on Wednesday, May 20.
The graduation ceremony honored employees who completed the intensive leadership development program focused on strengthening communication, strategic thinking and teamwork skills. Throughout the academy experience, participants took part in collaborative projects and leadership discussions designed to prepare them to lead effectively in higher education and beyond.

Dr. Devin Stephenson, Florida Poly’s president, joined University leaders in recognizing the graduates and commended them for their dedication to professional growth. The celebration concluded with Stephenson presenting each graduate with an award recognizing their achievement and commitment to leadership excellence.
Florida Poly will soon launch Florida Poly Rising Leaders, a program aimed at developing emerging talent across the University. The initiative will offer employees opportunities for professional growth through skill-building and hands-on leadership experiences designed to prepare them for future leadership roles.
