Join us for a guest lecture by Aaron Medley, director of operations at Florida Poly’s Florida Industrial and Phosphate Research (FIPR) Institute. He will discuss phosphate mining and rare earth elements (REEs) in Florida on Wednesday, Oct. 7, from noon-12:50 p.m.

Medley has more than three decades of expert experience in phosphate research, including 14 years focused specifically on the strategic recovery of REEs from phosphate processing. He also has a comprehensive background in metallurgical and analytical laboratories, serving as a laboratory manager and technical project manager on multiple high-impact, large-scale projects.
