The Payroll Office publishes the 2019 Payroll Calendar – Hourly Employees and the 2019 Payroll Calendar – Exempt Employees. These calendars are created to notify the University of the dates involved with processing payroll.

Please note that the dates on the 2019 Payroll Calendars are University payroll deadlines. Time submitters and approvers should ensure all deadlines are met. Occasionally, payroll deadlines are accelerated to meet state benefit deadlines. The Payroll Office will notify employees when deadlines are impacted.
