The Payroll Office publishes the Payroll Calendar for Hourly Employees – 2020 and the Payroll Calendar for Exempt Employees – 2020 to notify the University of the dates involved with processing payroll.

Please note that the dates on the 2020 Payroll Calendars are University payroll deadlines. Time submitters and approvers should ensure all deadlines are met. Occasionally, payroll deadlines are accelerated to meet state benefit deadlines. The Payroll Office will notify employees when deadlines are impacted.
