The Microtransit Innovation Challenge is a campus-wide technical competition that invites students to design and implement solutions for real-time vehicle tracking and microtransit visualization.
This year, seven interdisciplinary student teams competed across three challenge areas:
- Hardware assembly for vehicle location tracking
- User interface (website) design
- Data management and system integration
Winners received prizes of $700 for first place, $200 for second place and $100 for third place.
