On Dec. 31, employees who have more annual leave that is allowed by University Policy FPU.6.004, will see their excess annual leave converted to sick leave on an hour-for-hour basis on the next day, Jan. 1.

• 240 hours-Support Personnel (hourly)
• 352 hours-Administrative and Professional (salary)
• 352 hour-Faculty (salary)
• 480 hours-Executive Service (salary)
