The Department of Human Resources would like to remind managerial employees that completed performance evaluations for eligible staff personnel are due Friday, June 30.

Executed evaluations should be sent by email to Regina L. Brown or taken to LTB 1136 at Florida Poly South. The rating period for the 2023 evaluations is April 1, 2022 to April 1, 2023. Employees who recently completed their 90-day probationary period (prior to 04/01/23) should not receive an appraisal this cycle. To obtain the appraisal form, click here.
