The Florida Retirement System (FRS) is offering free financial planning workshops for any employee in the FRS Pension or the FRS Investment plan.

Upcoming workshops will be held on Monday, April 5 and Tuesday, April 6 on the following topics:

• Monday, April 5–Using the FRS to Plan for Retirement, 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
• Monday, April 5–Using the FRS to Plan for Retirement (Spanish), 1-3 p.m.
• Tuesday, April 6–Understanding Your Benefits Under the FRS Pension Plan, 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
• Tuesday, April 6–Nearing Retirement in the FRS (Spanish), 1-3 p.m.

Employees must register separately for each workshop they wish to attend. Employees will receive details for logging in and participating a few days prior to the workshop.

Click here to register online. Expand the “Employee Webcasts” menu and locate the workshop you would like to attend.

• To register through the FRS website, click the respective workshop registration link.
• To register through Zoom, click here. Enter the Meeting ID and click “Join.”

Enter your first name, last name, and email address, then click “Register.” You will receive a confirmation email and a reminder the day prior to the webinar date.
