April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) and the students of Rise Up are collecting donations for Peace River Center Victim Services. These donations will go to individuals who are in need and may have gone through a sexual assault forensics exam, commonly known as a rape kit. Here’s a list of some items that would be helpful:

• Individual shampoo and conditioner
• Body wash/soap
• Toothbrush and individual toothpaste
• Deodorant
• Lotion
• Hair brushes
• Feminine hygiene products
• Clothing
• Shoes

Any donation is very much appreciated. Donation bins are located throughout the main campus and at Florida Poly South, and will be there until April 26.
