In response to stakeholder comments and suggestions, the Human Resources Department is continuing to make enhancements to the enterprise system (Workday) in the Human Capital Management (HCM) area. Most recently, the promotion offer letter was added, which enables employees to digitally sign and submit the document via Workday.

This change will reduce paper usage and eliminate the need for printing and scanning the signed document. There are currently other projects in development and the Department looks forward to rolling them out in the near future. The team would like to encourage everyone to continue sharing recommendations and ideas for improving HR processes.
