It is that time of year again to begin the performance evaluation process! The first step in the annual performance evaluation process will be to complete the self-evaluation form and return it to your supervisor.

We highly encourage all employees to complete the self-evaluation as a way to help remind your supervisor of all the important work that has been completed during the evaluation period. We have all faced many challenges this past year, and this is a good way for you to remind your supervisor of all the great work that has been accomplished.

As a reminder, this year’s performance appraisal will cover the following time frame: April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022.
