It’s that time of the year once again to begin the annual staff performance appraisal process.
The first step in the annual evaluation process is to complete the self-evaluation form and return it to your supervisor. We highly encourage all staff employees to complete the assessment as a way to help remind your supervisor of all the important work you’ve accomplished during the rating period. It is also an excellent tool for expressing your goals and establishing a rapport with your supervisor concerning work product, expectations, and career development.
We will offer two training sessions on completing the self-evaluation. They’re open to those who are new to the process and for anyone who’d like a refresher. The first session will be on Thursday, April 20 at 10 a.m. and the second will be on Thursday, April 27 at 2 p.m. To register for one of these sessions, click here.
Please note that you will receive a Teams invitation for your session of choice along with a copy of the form in advance of the class.
As a reminder, this year’s rating period is from April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023. If you are a new employee and have received your probationary evaluation earlier this year, you should not receive an annual evaluation this year.
