Florida Polytechnic University’s Student Business Services Department received the prestigious Achieving Campus Efficiency (ACE) Award from BankMobile. The award recognizes institutions of higher education that disbursed greater than 90% of all refunds electronically between Jan. 1 and Nov. 1, 2020, and where more than 40% of students—regardless of financial aid eligibility—completed the selection refund process.

Florida Poly is one of 178 institutions nationwide to receive the accolade in 2020. This award honors their commitment to efficiency, security, and student service.

“The SBS team has worked diligently this year to improve the student experience. Streamlining the refund process was one of our goals and we are honored to be recognized by BankMobile, a leader in the industry, for our hard work and dedication to the students of Florida Poly,” said Arlene Gallagher, manager of Student Business Services. “We are proud to receive the ACE Award and have Florida Polytechnic University acknowledged alongside such esteemed universities throughout the United States.”
