Dec. 19-PhoenixPrint update

Technology Services will be applying updates to the PhoenixPrint system on Thursday, Dec. 19 from 9–11 p.m. During the maintenance period, print jobs cannot be released on copiers and printers.

Jobs printed from Windows or Mac computers will be held in the local queue until the maintenance has been completed. Jobs may be emailed here during this period. However, they also cannot be released until after the maintenance is completed.

All unreleased print jobs are held for twelve hours before being removed from the system.
