Enhancing Florida Poly’s dining experience

In case you missed it, Florida Poly’s dining program is going through significant enhancements to elevate the dining experience coming this fall. The changes follow multiple conversations with student groups about what they would like to see added, changed, and maintained at the University’s dining facilities.

Besides new restaurant options and expanded hours, changes also include improved taste and quality of the food. To accomplish this, Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services is welcoming  Shane Lynch as new general manager for Florida Poly’s dining program. Lynch has extensive culinary experience, including as a trained senior executive chef and as the senior culinary director for Johnson & Wales University in North Miami. A new head chef will be hired soon to join Lynch in enhancing the dining experience.

Dining services will continue to solicit student feedback in surveys, focus groups, and other formats to continue providing dining options that satisfy.
