Event Management System (EMS) advanced user training will be offered these dates in IST 1047:

• Tuesday, March 24 at 9-10 a.m.
• Thursday, March 26 at 2-3 p.m.

This training is intended for staff members who already have experience creating meetings and events in EMS. It will provide some clarity and make the task a bit less difficult and more efficient with some useful tips and tricks.

Some topics of interest that will be covered are:

• Resolving conflicts
• Mastering the resource request process (i.e. support services)
