Florida Polytechnic University Peer Health Educators (PhE) are student leaders who help promote a healthy campus culture. PhEs participate in core student leadership training and participate in extended training on various college health issues:
- Healthy living
- Substance abuse
- Mental health
- Sexual health
- Self-care and stress reduction
PhEs will provide peer listening hours, facilitate workshops and student learning, and actively work to build positive social connections on campus.
Want to become a PhE? These are the requirements:
- One-year commitment with an average commitment of 1–2 hours each week, which includes:
- Participating in spring 2021 training (approximately 5 hours), and summer 2021 student leader training.
- Conducting outreach activities each semester.
- Attending a bi-weekly group meeting.

– Students who want to be involved on campus
– Students interested in helping other students
– Students who want to make a positive contribution to the campus culture
