The Student Development Center is now sponsoring free group fitness classes every night, Monday-Friday. Each class will feature a circuit- or strength-based workout and be curated to the needs of each participant. Most classes take place outside to accommodate social distancing.
No exercise experience is required. These classes are for everyone!
Times for classes:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 7 p.m.
- Tuesday, Thursday – 6 p.m.
