Prior to registering for fall classes, you were asked to provide the University with your emergency alert information. We now need to collect your emergency contact information.
What’s the difference?
- Emergency alert: An emergency is happening on or near campus and we need to reach you, the student, to let you know what’s going on.
- Emergency contact: An emergency happens to you while on campus and we need to contact someone else to let them know what’s going on.
- NOTE: As this is important safety information for the University to have, a hold will be placed on your future registration until it’s been completed.
Update your emergency contact information
- Visit the MyFloridaPoly webpage.
- Click on the bell-shaped notification icon at the top right of the page.
- Click on the “Emergency Alert and Contact Form” notification and enter the required information. Complete all pages to complete the process.
- Be sure to click the “Next” button at the bottom of each page, and click “Submit” when you’re done.
