As you know, Florida Polytechnic University is closed Wednesday, Dec. 25 through Wednesday, Jan. 1 for winter break. Before the break, please be certain that your hourly time has been submitted in Workday.

The six days the University is closed are paid holidays. Therefore, eight hours of Holiday Pay will prepopulate in Workday for all Support Staff (non-OPS) observing these days off.  For those who are scheduled to work during the winter break, such as the University Police, please continue to enter your time worked in Workday and the hours will be added to the prepopulated Holiday Pay.

In addition, we would like to inform you that the final payday in December will be Tuesday, Dec. 31. For pay dates in 2020, please see the attached Payroll Calendars for Hourly and Exempt Employees.
