The Department of Human Resources is pleased to announce the Quiet Quality Awards program. This award is designed to recognize and acknowledge the contributions and service of University staff personnel – employees who perform their functions in an unassuming and exemplary manner within the University community. On a quarterly basis, Human Resources will solicit employees for nominations and one individual will be selected for recognition.

Recipients will receive a framed award certificate signed by President Avent, a Quiet Quality desk paperweight, a Chartwell’s lunch certificate, and an invitation to the annual Quiet Quality luncheon with the president. Names of nominees and recipients will appear in the Weekly Phoenix and Florida Poly’s private employee Facebook group.
