Over the years, we have been working hard to enhance a student-centered and a future-focused academic experience for Florida Poly students. As part of this endeavor, we are excited to announce a new platform for student success called Stellic. This advising software creates an innovative and comprehensive view for students to see their individual degree progress and chart their path toward graduation under the guidance of their academic advisors. Students and advisors will have a consistent picture of individual needs for degree progression and clearer insight on how best to support each student.

Here is what you can do with Stellic:

FOR STUDENTS

  • Keep track of degree progress with a degree audit that updates automatically when grades post, or if your schedule changes.
  • Create a degree plan by dragging, dropping, and adding courses between semesters and years through your final semester.
  • Build an ideal semester schedule based on what your degree plan shows.
  • Seamlessly communicate with advisors for plan collaboration and endorsement.

FOR ACADEMIC ADVISORS

  • See visual dashboards in an at-a-glance format to track student progress.
  • Set customizable alerts based on student progress so you can proactively connect with the right students at the right time.
  • Communicate seamlessly with students directly within the platform.

FOR ACADEMIC DEPARTMENTS

  • Access interactive reports to track student progress toward completing requirements.
  • Visualize future course demand and better allocate resources to accommodate student needs.

We believe this solution will help students achieve greater success with a clearer focus on timely degree completion. For more information, visit the Course Registration website and scroll down to the Stellic section.
