IT Helpdesk support changes

Beginning Friday, May 1standard summer IT Helpdesk hours will take effect: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Most Helpdesk staff will be working remotely and available by email or at 863-874-8888. Nearly all issues can be resolved remotely. If not, arrangements can be made for a one-on-one meeting on campus— conforming to social distancing guidelines, of course.
