PhoenixHacks is a 24-hour hackathon at Florida Poly where students get together and compete by creating the best software/hardware product from scratch. Hackathons are a great way to meet people, learn something new, and improve your skills. You can form a team of up to four to compete for prizes totaling $1800. All participants receive free shirts and swag!

You don’t have to know anything in order to participate! All level of software/hardware skills are welcome. We provide introductory workshops to help you start out. Mentors will be around to answer your questions if you are stuck on something.
Don’t have a team or know anyone?
You can meet and team up with students with experience! We provide ice breakers to help you get into a team before the event.
Don’t have anything to bring?
No problem! Food and drinks will be provided throughout the event to help you stay focused. You can borrow some hardware if you need it for your creation.
