July 15-System maintenance to PhoenixPrint

On Thursday, July 15, from 8-11 p.m., Technology Services will be performing maintenance to the single sign-on (SSO) for PhoenixPrint. The PhoenixPrint web portal and printing/releasing print jobs may be unavailable at times during the maintenance.  

During portions of the maintenance period, print jobs cannot be released on copiers and printers. Jobs printed from Windows or Mac computers will be held in the local queue until the maintenance has been completed. 

Jobs may be emailed to PhoenixPrint using [email protected] or [email protected] during the maintenance period, but may not be able to be released until after maintenance has been completed.

All unreleased print jobs are held for 25 hours before being removed from the system.
