The training will provide an overview of event procedures, types, fee structures, planning timelines, spaces and campus resources to help ensure success and compliance. Whether you’re planning a small meeting or a large-scale campus event, this session will equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to bring your event to life.

University Event Services will host several one-day training sessions this summer.

• Wednesday, July 8: 10-11 a.m. in IST 1002
• Tuesday, July 28: 9-10 a.m. in IST 1002
• Monday, Aug. 3: 2-3 p.m. on Microsoft Teams
• Wednesday, Aug. 12: 2-3 p.m. in IST 1002
