With the approach of the end of 2019 fiscal year, this is a reminder to review and update your Workday delegations, if appropriate. Florida Poly’s practice is to begin and end delegations within each fiscal year. Therefore, the majority of delegations in the system are set to expire on June 20, unless you take action.
How do I change my Workday delegation(s)?
To ensure that your delegates can continue to complete tasks and take action on your behalf starting July 1, 2019, update your delegation dates to begin July 1, 2019 and end June 30, 2020 using the steps provided in the Workday job aid.
