Campus Health and Wellness and Peer Health Educators want to offer students, staff, and faculty the opportunity to put down their phones and enjoy fun activities together! Research shows using phones during our leisure time interferes with our ability to psychologically disconnect from work and recover from the stress and demands we face daily.

Join us in the Oak Grove today, March 15 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to participate in an array of hands-on activities such as rock painting, Wikki Stix creations, DIY suncatchers, coloring books, and diamond sticker painting. Unplug and give yourself time to recharge and decompress.
