Beginning March 8, 2019, Workday 32 offers an additional feature to use your fingerprint to log in. Use of the feature will prevent the use of the 6-digit pin or password to access your mobile app. Upon logging in, you will be prompted to set up Fingerprint Login. To configure the Fingerprint option, select the orange button on the screen, and follow the prompts. You may be required to provide your 6-digit pin to finalize setup. If you prefer using your 6-digit pin or password, select the Skip option located at the top right-hand corner. After configuration, you will be asked to confirm your fingerprint when opening the Workday Mobile App. If you wish to revert to using the 6-digit pin, navigate the menu button to Login and Security, located on the top left-hand side of the app. Set the Use Fingerprint option to disable. Disabling the Fingerprint option is confirmed by the indicator circle moving from right to left.
