Technology Services will perform maintenance on the single-sign-on configuration for Atlassian products, including Jira Service Management and Confluence, on Thursday, May 6, from 8 p.m. to midnight. Agents and clients may be unable to authenticate to these products during this time. Existing Jira requests will not be impacted. New Jira requests can still be placed normally.
