On Tuesday, May 9th, from 9-11 p.m., Technology Services will be applying updates to the PhoenixPrint system. Printing and releasing print jobs will be unavailable during this time.
During portions of the maintenance period, print jobs cannot be released on copiers and printers. Jobs printed from Windows or Mac computers will be held in the local queue until the maintenance has been completed. Jobs may be emailed to PhoenixPrint using [email protected] or [email protected] during the maintenance period, but may not be able to be released until after maintenance has been completed.
All unreleased print jobs are held for 24 hours before being removed from the system.
