As part of employee recognition week, Florida Poly would like to offer the Mobile Mammography service to our employees. However, because this service is in high demand, a minimum of 15 employees must indicate their interest to participate in the program. Please note, this service is not free and the mammogram will be billed to your medical insurance carrier. NOTE: Female spouses covered by insurance are also eligible to use this service.

The tentative date for this service is mid-April. If the minimum number of participants is not fulfilled, the service will be revoked. Interested parties should email Regina Brown as soon as possible or call 863-874-8736 for additional information.
