Campus Health and Wellness in partnership with the Polk County Health Department will be offering free STD testing at the Phoenix Square event on Wednesday, April 19. Any student who would like to be tested will be able to do so for free.

April is STD Awareness Month and it’s a time to raise awareness about sexually transmitted diseases, including their impact on our lives and the importance of testing and treatment.

STD Awareness Month also provides the opportunity for us to normalize sexual health by reducing STD-related stigma, fear, and discrimination.
