Florida Polytechnic University is proud to announce a partnership with BayCare to provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) beginning on July 1, 2020. BayCare is already a familiar resource to many and we are now expanding their EAP services to faculty, staff, and student employees.
For more than 20 years, BayCare’s EAP has been helping employees manage the stresses of work and everyday life by providing a confidential support system. From work issues to problems at home, issues affecting an employee’s personal or professional life can be addressed with their short-term assistance services. BayCare can provide an initial assessment, assist with problem resolution, and initiate referral services for the employee or their family members if necessary.
