The new Workday Assistant BOT is a digital chatbot designed to help employees conversationally retrieve information and complete tasks via desktop or mobile devices. This feature will be in production on Monday, Dec. 13 and will allow you to do the following and more:
- View worker information
- Look up your personal information such as contact info, organization details, etc.
- Find your pay slips, tax forms, benefits, compensation details, etc.
- Request time off and view balances
- Track your time – enter time worked, check in/out
- Give feedback to a coworker
- Get information on purchase requisitions and related supplier invoices
- Look up team information such as team time off, hire dates, direct report information, etc. (for managers)
