On Friday, Nov. 1, from 9–11 p.m. Technology Services will be applying updates to the PhoenixPrint system. Printing and releasing print jobs will be unavailable during this time.
During the maintenance period, print jobs cannot be released on copiers and printers. Jobs printed from Windows or Mac computers will be held in the local queue until the maintenance has been completed. Jobs may be emailed to [email protected] during the maintenance period, but cannot be released until after maintenance has been completed. All unreleased print jobs are held for twelve hours before being removed from the system.
