During portions of the maintenance period, print jobs cannot be released on copiers and printers. Jobs printed from Windows or Mac computers will be held in the local queue until the maintenance has been completed. Jobs may be emailed to PhoenixPrint using firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com, but may not be released until after maintenance has been completed. All unreleased print jobs are held for twelve hours before being removed from the system.
