The State of Florida Open Enrollment period is Monday, Oct. 14 through Friday, Nov. 1. During this time, if you are eligible for health benefits, you will need to elect your coverage for 2025.

Benefit statements will be sent to you soon. If you have included your email address in People First, you will receive your statement via email. Otherwise, your statement will be mailed to your home address. If you need to make changes to your home address, please update your contact information in Workday (this Workday job aid provides you with step-by-step instructions on how to change your contact information). You cannot make address changes directly with People First.

This year’s Open Enrollment Benefits Fair at Florida Poly will occur on Wednesday, Oct. 16, in the BARC atrium and 2200. This is a great opportunity to meet with the state’s vendors and providers to assist you in making the best decisions about your benefits for the 2025 plan year.
