Updated March 18: Due to COVID-19, the spring ceremony has been canceled. The University is working diligently to develop an alternative schedule and/or method of holding commencement. That information will be shared as soon as it’s available.
Students who have applied to graduate and plan on attending the Spring 2020 Commencement ceremony can now order their cap and gown online. Only students who have ordered a cap and gown may participate in Commencement.
A Herff Jones representative will be at the University Bookstore on Thursday, Feb. 27 between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. This will be the only opportunity to speak to a representative in person about ring orders/ring sizing and to order a cap and gown. The deadline to order a cap and gown is Friday, March 13.
