Parking on campus: know the guidelines

This notice appeared in the Weekly Phoenix between August 31, 2021 and September 13, 2021.

To ensure students have a happy and safe experience while parking on campus, the Office of Parking and Transportation would like to remind all of the guidelines for parking on campus. Included below are a few helpful links to our policies:

Please note a few of our most common infractions to help you avoid receiving a citation:

  1. Keep your license plate facing out. Your parking permit is digital and is based upon your license plate number, so you can only back into a parking space if your license plate is displayed on the front of your vehicle. Otherwise, please do not back into a space.
  2. Do not park on the grass lot behind the Wellness Center. This is a no-parking zone!
  3. Unless you have a reserved parking permit with an assigned parking space, parking in a reserved space is strictly prohibited and enforced.
