The Payroll Office maintains payroll calendars to ensure all University employees are aware of the payroll dates associated with payroll processing.
Time submitters and approvers must adhere to the payroll calendar deadlines to guarantee paychecks are processed by the pay date. If payroll deadlines are accelerated due to unforeseen circumstances, the Payroll Office will notify employees accordingly.
