The six days the University is closed are paid holidays. The eight hours of holiday pay for those six days will automatically populate in Workday for all eligible employees. For those who are scheduled to work during the winter break, such as the University Police, please continue to enter your time worked in Workday and those hours will be added to the prepopulated holiday pay.

The pay date will remain Thursday, Dec. 30 in accordance with our semi-monthly payroll schedule.
