Florida Polytechnic University will be closed Friday, Dec. 25, through Friday, Jan. 1, for winter break. Before the break, please be certain that your hourly time has been submitted in Workday.

The six days the University is closed are paid holidays. Therefore, eight hours of holiday pay will prepopulate in Workday for all support staff (non-OPS) observing these days off. For those who are scheduled to work during the winter break, such as the University Police, please continue to enter your time worked in Workday and the hours will be added to the prepopulated holiday pay.

The final pay date in December will be Thursday, Dec. 31. For pay dates in 2021, view the payroll calendars for hourly and exempt Employees.
